The Zelienople Rotary Club will host a community pancake and eggs breakfast to benefit the Harmony Fire Department from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the American Legion Hall in Zelienople.

The event will serve dine-in and to-go breakfasts with pancakes, eggs and sausage, and will also feature gift baskets and 50/50 raffles.

“It is an annual thing, but we did not do it last year because of COVID. But it has been going on for a number of years,” said Rotarian Sheila Talarico. “It's really nice to be able to bring this event back to the community after a year of hiatus due to COVID. I know it is highly anticipated by the community, and we always look forward to the opportunity to raise funds for worthy causes like the Harmony Fire Department.”

Adult tickets are $10, children under 12 are $5, and children 3 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased in advance or day-of as a walk-in.

“There are over 40 baskets that were donated by Rotarians and local businesses, and a 50/50 raffle,” Talarico said.

Members of the fire department will have a display table at the event.

“We are excited to bring this popular event back to the community,” Zelienople Rotary president John Avolio said in a statement. “We're grateful for the support we've received, and to have the opportunity to raise funds to support the Harmony Fire Department.”
