What helps us answer faster

Problems with a sportsbook account

We can't resolve disputes for you. We have no access to your account, deposits, withdrawals or bonus balance, and we can't reverse a decision an operator has made. Here is where to go instead:

• Your state regulator. This applies only if the operator is licensed in your state. Protections vary by state and don't automatically extend to every site.
